The Roman-style pizza recipe stands central in our pizza bar. Because we rise the yeast longer than usual – with a maturation process of at least 48 hours – our pizza bases have a unique flavor. Our pizzas are topped exclusively with Italian cheeses, fresh vegetables and meat.

Examples of the wide range of pizzas that we offer: the ‘coppa e burrata’ which is topped with tomato sauce, Fior di latte, coppa di parma, rocket, burrata & semi-sun-dried tomatoes, or the ‘calzone classico’: the double-folded pizza with tomato sauce, Fior di latte, smoked cheese, ham on the bone, artichoke, mushrooms & taggiasche olives. Prior to the pizza, you can  enjoy taglieres (Italian delicacies on wooden boards) and various high-quality antipasti. To finish, there is coffee, digestivi, and an extensive dessert menu, which of course includes the tiramisú & sgroppino. Check out our full menu below.

At 17.00 pm. we fire up the ovens to prepare the first pizza’s, and from then on you are welcome in our restaurant. It is also possible to take away our pizza’s, antipasti and other Italian products.

Currently, during the weekends, we work with 2 shifts. If you book a table before 18:30, we may need the table later during the evening for another reservation. However, if you wish to stay longer, you can always continue your visit with a drink in our lounge, at the bar or upstairs in our wine bar!
